SafeWavz respects your privacy. We collect only the data necessary to provide exceptional service — such as business contact info, service usage, and testing outcomes. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to fulfill contracted services (e.g., testing partners).

Shipping Policy

SafeWavz provides on-site services via our mobile remediation units. As a result, traditional shipping does not apply. However, if your service package includes delivery of educational materials, lab kits, or equipment, these will be shipped within 5–7 business days of order confirmation via UPS or FedEx Ground. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Refund Policy

Because SafeWavz provides customized on-site services, refunds are generally not offered once service is delivered. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. In the event of equipment failure or incomplete service delivery on our part, we will either reschedule at no cost or issue a credit toward your next service.

Welcome to SafeWavz. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

SafeWavz provides on-site cannabis remediation services through a proprietary mobile platform. Our services are offered to licensed cannabis operators in compliance with all applicable state and local laws.

2. Scheduling & Service Availability

  • Service appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, road conditions, equipment maintenance, or regulatory constraints.

  • Priority scheduling is granted to subscription clients.

3. Payment Terms

  • All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Subscription clients are billed monthly based on their selected plan.

  • We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers via our secure payment gateway.

  • A $150 transportation charge applies per service visit, unless otherwise stated in your plan.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $250 cancellation fee.

5. Compliance Responsibility

While SafeWavz uses advanced remediation technology to help customers achieve regulatory compliance, ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the license holder. SafeWavz makes no guarantees of product passing compliance testing unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement.

6. Refund Policy

  • All services are final once performed.

  • Refunds are only granted if SafeWavz is unable to deliver the scheduled service due to reasons within our control and no suitable reschedule date can be offered.

7. Limitation of Liability

SafeWavz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. All data shared with SafeWavz, including any product or customer information, is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
